Delivery of Service
WashPay will ensure a smooth delivery of service. If you find that delivery of service is not satisfactory, please contact us via email at support@washpay.com.au
Delivery Policy
Supply Timeframe:
- Given that a successful authorised transaction has taken place, the service will be delivered instantly. If service cannot be delivered due to technical difficulties, we will refund the full amount to the payment method the transaction was applied to. Refunds are issued 24 hours after sewrvice failure follopwing a detection of failure from our internal systems.
Supply Failure:
- We will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage arising from the supply of or failure to supply service (including deterioration, misdelivers or failure to deliver goods), for any reason whatsoever including breach of contract and negligence.
- Whilst our Express couriers will make every endeavor to deliver your parcel, there may be instances where a collection card will be left. Should this occur, the onus will be on the customer to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier.
Risk of Loss or Damage:
- You will always bear all risk of loss or damage arising in connection with the service.
- If the services purchased are insured then you we will direct to to the service provider for the insurance claim details.
- We and any agents and subcontractors used by us have the benefit of these exclusions and limitations of liability even if any loss or damage arises for any reason whatsoever.
Refund Policy
Wash Pay Stations:
Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within two days of delivery. No refund shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and WashPay.
In the case of faulty service we will ask you to provide the invoice receipt and complaint on non-service.
Bonus Wash Cards / Gift Cards
- Bonus Wash /Gift Cards may not be combined with any other wash offers or discounts.
- Treat these items as if they were cash:
- Unregistered Cards: Holders of unregistered cards will lose the value of the card if lost, stolen, defaced, mutilated or altered.
- Registered Cards: For lost, stolen and damaged cards that have been previously registered online by the rightful owner, WashPay will:
- replace the card, and
- add value to the new card equal to the unused amount of the card at the time of last lawful use, provided the lost or stolen card has been reported to WashPay within 24 hours of the realised loss or theft. This value will be decreased by the amount of the unauthorised card use in the time period exceeding 24 hours.
- How to redeem:
- Unused value:
- Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Recharging
- Additional value may be added to the cards anytime online provided the card is registered online.
- Transaction liability
- The card owner is liable for all transactions on the card, except for:
- Lost or theft reported within 24 hours of the event
- Fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Gift vouchers are person specific and not transferable.
- How to redeem:
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 120 days from date of Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers that are not redeemed within that 120 day period become null and void.
- Proof of identity in the form of a drivers licence and signature may be requested upon presentation of the gift voucher to WashPay staff for redemption.
- Gift vouchers are redeemable for the specified services at the WashPay.
- The owner of the Gift Voucher may upgrade to other services by paying the shortfall in Gift Voucher value by cash or credit card payment.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Unused value remains on the Gift Voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash but can be exchanged for other services.

We accept Visa and Master Card only.
All Payments are made under a secure environment. The payment gateway service provides secure Online and Mail Order processing of credit cards in real time via the Internet.
